Holstein Friesian Cow

This breed of large dairy cows with robust build known as Holstein Friesian Cow is demanded worldwide for its milk producing power. Though the milk it produces contains low butterfat content, but it is highly nutritious and tasty. Large size of the Holstein Friesian Cow is also distinguishable by its prominent black & white spotted markings. In most places, these cows outnumber all other dairy breeds when it comes to milk production and yield. Calves of this breed also mature considerably earlier than other breeds.
